PROMISCUITY
|
Promiscuity
definition
Promiscuity
denotes having direct
sexual contact(s) outside of marriage. Since direct sexual contacts
involve exposition of mucous membranes and/or skin (micro-)
injuries
to sexual partner's body fluids, promiscous behaviour is the
single
most preventable cause of disease, disability, and death
worldwide.

There
are many types of promiscuity,
the most outrageous being
state supported serial or mass rapes
of the most defenceless prey which are minors and other virgins.
For state supported rapes and other forms of coerced sex
resulting with robbed virginity, sexually transmitted diseases
and/or death of victims and of their unborn children
the people in power are responsible as much as the rapists themselves.
But if the state opposes rape and
other forms
of coerced sex
the guilt for robbed or stolen virginity,
sexually transmitted infections,
abortions,
and social pathologies
in victims of promiscuity
lies solely with the promiscuous predator.

Hall of Shame
Ivan the
Terrible

Engraving,
distributed in Europe, depicting Ivan the Terrible in the form of the
beast (
source)
Ivan the terrible claimed to have ‘deflowered thousands of virgins and
butchered a similar number of resulting offspring’
"он
сам хвастал тем, что растлил тысячу дев и тем, что тысячи его
детей были лишены им жизни".
ИВАН ГРОЗНЫЙ
В. Б. Кобрин
(...) Ivan was a disturbed young man and an accomplished
drinker.
He threw dogs and cats from the Kremlin walls to watch them suffer, and
roamed the Moscow streets with a gang of young scoundrels, drinking,
knocking down old people and raping women. He often disposed of rape
victims by having them hanged, strangled, buried alive or thrown to the
bears. (...). The instruments of Ivan's new rule were the
'Oprichniki', who were handpicked by Ivan and had to swear him a
personal oath of allegiance. The mere sight of the Oprichniki instilled
fear: they dressed in black and rode black horses. Many were criminals
without any remorse about killing anyone Ivan disliked. The Oprichniki
didn't hesitate to burst into a church during mass, either abducting
the priest or murdering him in front of the altar. Subsequently, Ivan
founded a pseudo-monastic order: he was the 'abbot' and his Oprichniki
were the 'monks'. They regularly performed sacrilegious masses that
were followed by extended orgies of sex, rape and torture. Frequently
Ivan would act as master of the rituals, in which, with sharp and
hissing-hot pincers, ribs were torn out of men's chests.
(...)
Ivan's married life had become unstable, underlining his egocentricity,
insecurity and manic temperament. In 1561 he had married a Circassian
beauty, Maria Temriukovna, but he soon tired of her. Two years after
her death in 1569 he married Martha Sobakin, a merchant's daughter, but
she died two weeks later. Ivan's fourth wife was Anna Koltovskaya, whom
he sent to a convent in 1575. He married a fifth time to Anna
Wassilchikura, who was soon replaced by Wassilissa Melentiewna. She
foolishly took a lover, who was impaled under Wassilissa's window
before she, too, was dispatched to a convent. After his seventh wedding
day Ivan discovered that his new bride, Maria Dolgurukaya, was not a
virgin anymore. He had her drowned the next day. His eight and last
wife was Maria Nagaya, whom Ivan married in 1581. Ivan had always had
quite a good relationship with his eldest son, and young Ivan had
proved himself at Novgorod. On November 19, 1581 Ivan became angry with
his son's pregnant wife, because of the clothes she wore, and beat her
up. As a result she miscarried. His son argued with his father about
this beating. In a sudden fit of rage, Ivan the Terrible raised his
iron-tipped staff and struck his son a mortal blow to the head. The
Prince lay in a coma for several days before succumbing to his
festering wound. Ivan IV was overcome by extreme grief, knocking his
head against his son's coffin. Ivan's mistrust, sadism and
uncontrolled rages suggest an abnormal personality. His disturbing
behaviour can be traced back to his traumatic childhood. After his
illness of 1553, which could have been pneumonia or encephalitis, and
the death of his first wife in 1560, Ivan's erratic and cruel behaviour
increased. He had some psychopathic characteristics; his quick mood
shifts, unreliability, egocentricity and his impersonal sex life and
lack of lasting emotions. His first mock abdication shows that he was a
master at manipulating other people, while convincing them of his good
intentions. He was without any compassion for his subjects, whom he
beat up, robbed or raped just for fun. His personal friendships were of
short duration and his friends usually ended up dead. Some examples are
the fate of Adasjev and Silvester and the impalement his
brother-in-law, when his third wife died. However, he did show signs of
remorse after the death of his son. Ivan became addicted to the
ingestion of mercury, which he kept bubbling in a cauldron in his room
for his consumption. Later the exhumation of his body showed that he
suffered from mercury poisoning. His bones showed signs of syphilic
osteitis. Ivan's sexual promiscuity with both sexes, his last illness
and many features of his personality support a diagnosis of syphilis, a
venereal disease that was often 'treated' with mercury. However, it can
not be determined indisputably if Ivan's problems were basically
organic or psychological. By the end of his life, Ivan was habitually
bad tempered. Daniel von Bruchau stated that in his rages Ivan "foamed
at the mouth like a horse". He had long looked older than his years
with long white hair dangling from a bald pate onto his shoulders. In
his last years, he had to be carried on a litter. His body swelled, the
skin peeled and gave off a terrible odour. Jerome Horsey wrote: "The
Emperor began grievously to swell in his cods, with which he had most
horribly offended above fifty years,
boasting
of a thousand virgins he had deflowered and thousands of children of
his begetting destroyed." In 1584, as he was preparing to
play a
game of chess, Ivan fainted suddenly and died. During his reign hardly
a family of noble birth had not been touched by his murders, and some
had been completely eliminated. Countless acres of cultivated land had
been abandoned by farmers during the terror of the Oprichniki, and
forests had begun reclaiming the land.
A

Blessed Carolina Kozka
(Polish: Karolina
Kózkówna)
(1898 - 1914)
In the midst of the storm of the First World War, when she was
only sixteen she sacrificed her life to God, killed by a Russian
soldier as she resisted his advances. The war broke out in July 1914.
In November the Russian army cleared the Vistula River. On November 10
they captured Tarnow and on November 17 they captured Zabawa and
Wal-Ruda. The situation was getting dangerous; there were threats of
confiscations so people were trying to hide their properties in the
forest. Everyone was telling about Russian soldiers who were raping
young women. Everyone was terrified.
At the first day of occupation a soldier came to Kozka's house but he
left after having a meal. The next day, on November 18, at about 9 a.m.
another armed Russian soldier came to their house. He asked about the
Austrian army, he refused to have a meal and told Karolina and her
father to go with them, allegedly to the commanding officer. He led
them towards the forest but when they reached the edge of it, the
soldier told Karolina's father to leave them and go back home.
The terrorized man turned back, leaving his daughter alone with
soldier.
The witnesses of the imminent events were two boys coming back towards
the village. They hid themselves behind the bushes and saw Karolina
struggling with an assailant and running towards the swamps that turned
out to be the rescue for her as they made the chase difficult for
the soldier. He abandoned the chase when he saw that she fall dead of
loss
of blood. Her body was found only on December 4. The wounds she
sustained
do bear witness to the greatness of her suffering and show her heroic
defence of her innocence and purity. A carefully prepared report
describes thoroughly the place of her martyrdom and claims the intact
virginity of the Martyr. Having imitated Christ already in her life,
and always obedient to the will of God, in the last moments of her life
she refused to sin and accepted her own death as the greatest
confirmation of her love of God. Thus Karolina was conformed to Christ
in the shedding of her blood. (...) On June 30, 1986 in the
presence of Pope John Paul II, the "decree of the martyrdom of the
Servant of God, Karolina Kozka" was proclaimed. Her beatification took
place on June 10, 1987, during the third pastoral visit of His Holiness
to his native country, Poland. Since then the cult of the Blessed
Karolina is
spreading all over the world. (...) Her relics were procured
by
numerous communities in USA,
Kazakhstan, Peru, Chad, and Congo and many churches in Poland as well.
She is the patron saint of the Diocese of Rzeszów as well as
many parishes. The Blessed Karolina is regarded by most of people,
parishioners and pilgrims as well, as the great example to people of
the Third Millennium because of her humility, courage and trust in God.
She is a sign for those who are looking for the way of salvation, who
want to become a saint. She is the patron of youths and farmers.

Decree
of the Saratov Province Council of People's Commissars
abolition of
private ownership
of women
Legal marriage, which takes place until recently, is undoubtedly the
product of the social inequalities that must be uprooted in the Soviet
republic. Until now, legal marriage is a serious weapon in the hands of
the bourgeoisie against the proletariat, because only for them all the
best specimens of the fair sex were the property of the bourgeoisie,
the imperialists, and such a property could not be infringed the right
to continue the human race. Therefore Saratov Province Council of
People's Commissars, with the approval of the Executive Committee of
the County Board of Workers', Soldiers' and Peasants' Deputies decided:

16. The culprits in the spread of sexually transmitted diseases will be
brought to legal liability for the revolutionary court time.

decree.
The initiators were members of People's Commissars and the Central
Committee of the RCP (b) Kollontai and Lenin's fictitious wife
Krupskaya. The publication of these decrees met with great
resistance
to the people. Lenin on the subject then said that it is premature at
this stage of the revolution can it do a disservice. Ordinance, ready
for his signature, was postponed until later, until a more propitious
time. |
Lavrenty Beria
Лаврентий Павлович Берия
Stalin's depraved executioner still has grip on Moscow
by Julius Strauss
Lavrenty Beria was
responsible for the
death of millions of Russians but is now a morbid sideshow. In the
oak-panelled office where he plotted his victims' fate, a small fire
still glows just as it did when he was alive. In the room where he
raped countless young women, the huge bed has been changed for a
smaller one but the other furniture remains. Down in the sprawling
cellars, the bones of his victims are still hidden behind false walls
or cemented into the masonry. In 15 years as head of the secret police,
the NKVD, he was responsible for overseeing the murder of millions of
Russians, some shot at night in the depths of the Lubyanka, others
dragged off to the gulags. Now, half a century after his death,
interest in the man is enjoying a quiet, morbid renaissance. His sick
mind and warped ways still hold the power to captivate. In the last two
years Russian television has made two films about the secret policeman,
one of which was shown at the weekend. A steady stream of diplomats and
officials, fuelled by macabre curiosity, have beaten a path to the
Tunisian Embassy, which is housed in the building where Beria lived.
"In the old days visitors were too frightened to even utter his name,"
said Mohamed Bellagi, the ambassador. "But now whenever I invite
Russian officials here they all talk about him. They all want to see
how he lived." Of all the brutal killers to emerge from the 20th
century, Beria, a Georgian like his master, was one of the most malign.
Anton Antonov-Ovseyenko, a historian, who spent 13 years in the camps
and later wrote a book about Beria, said: "The gulags existed before
Beria, but he was the one who built them on a mass scale. He
industrialised the gulag system. Human life had no value for him." He
was also deeply depraved and a notorious sexual predator. At night he
would cruise the streets of Moscow seeking out teenage girls. When he
saw one who took his fancy he would have his guards deliver her to his
house. Mr
Antonov-Ovseyenko
said: "Sometimes he would have his henchmen
bring five, six or seven girls to him. He would make them strip, except
for their shoes, and then force them into a circle on their hands and
knees with their heads together. "He would walk around in his dressing
gown inspecting them. Then he would pull one out by her leg and haul
her off to rape her. He called it the flower game." .
Russian Army of Rapists
Let's Free Europe From the Chains of Fascist Slavery!
Освободим Европу от цепей фашистского рабства!
The
Guardian, May 2, 2002
'They raped every German female from eight to 80'
Antony Beevor
<>"Red Army
soldiers don't believe
in
'individual liaisons' with German women," wrote the playwright Zakhar
Agranenko in his diary when serving as an officer of marine infantry in
East Prussia. "Nine, ten, twelve men at a time - they rape them on a
collective basis." (...) Beria and Stalin, back in Moscow,
knew
perfectly well what was going on from a number of detailed reports. One
stated that "many Germans declare that all German women in East Prussia
who stayed behind were raped by Red Army soldiers". Numerous examples
of gang rape were given - "girls under 18 and old women included".
<>Marshal Rokossovsky issued order No 006 in an attempt
to direct
"the
feelings of hatred at fighting the enemy on the battlefield." It
appears to have had little effect. There were also a few arbitrary
attempts to exert authority. The commander of one rifle division is
said to have "personally shot a lieutenant who was lining up a group of
his men before a German woman spreadeagled on the ground". But either
officers were involved themselves, or the lack of discipline made it
too dangerous to restore order over drunken soldiers armed with
submachine guns. Calls to avenge the Motherland, violated by the
Wehrmacht's invasion, had given the idea that almost any cruelty would
be allowed. Even many young women soldiers and medical staff in the Red
Army did not appear to disapprove. "Our soldiers' behaviour towards
Germans, particularly German women, is absolutely correct!" said a
21-year-old from Agranenko's reconnaissance detachment. A number seemed
to find it amusing. Several German women recorded how Soviet
servicewomen watched and laughed when they were raped. But some women
were deeply shaken by what they witnessed in Germany. Natalya Gesse, a
close friend of the scientist Andrei Sakharov, had observed the Red
Army in action in 1945 as a Soviet war correspondent. "The Russian
soldiers were raping every German female from eight to eighty," she
recounted later. "It was an army of rapists."
<>Drink of every variety, including dangerous chemicals
seized
from
laboratories and workshops, was a major factor in the violence. It
seems as if Soviet soldiers needed alcoholic courage to attack a woman.
But then, all too often, they drank too much and, unable to complete
the act, used the bottle instead with appalling effect. A number of
victims were mutilated obscenely. The subject of the Red Army's mass
rapes in Germany has been so repressed in Russia that even today
veterans refuse to acknowledge what really happened. The handful
prepared to speak openly, however, are totally unrepentant. "They all
lifted their skirts for us and lay on the bed," said the leader of one
tank company. He even went on to boast that "two million of our
children were born" in Germany. The capacity of Soviet officers to
convince themselves that most of the victims were either happy with
their fate, or at least accepted that it was their turn to suffer after
what the Wehrmacht had done in Russia, is striking. "Our fellows were
so sex-starved," a Soviet major told a British journalist at the time,
"that they often raped old women of sixty, seventy or even eighty -
much to these grandmothers' surprise, if not downright delight." One
can only scratch at the surface of the psychological contradictions.
When gang-raped women in Königsberg begged their attackers
afterwards to put them out of their misery, the Red Army men appear to
have felt insulted. "Russian soldiers do not shoot women," they
replied. "Only German soldiers do that." The Red Army had managed to
convince itself that because it had assumed the moral mission to
liberate Europe from fascism it could behave entirely as it liked, both
personally and politically. (...) The novelist Vasily Grossman, a war
correspondent attached to the invading Red Army, soon discovered that
rape victims were not just Germans. Polish women also suffered. So did
young Russian, Belorussian and Ukrainian women who had been sent back
to Germany by the Wehrmacht for slave labour. "Liberated Soviet girls
quite often complain that our soldiers rape them," he noted. "One girl
said to me in tears: 'He was an old man, older than my father'." The
rape of Soviet women and girls seriously undermines Russian attempts to
justify Red Army behaviour on the grounds of revenge for German
brutality in the Soviet Union. On March 29 1945 the central committee
of the Komsomol (the youth organisation of the Soviet Union) informed
Stalin's associate Malenkov of a report from the 1st Ukrainian Front.
"On the night of 24 February," General Tsygankov recorded in the first
of many examples, "a group of 35 provisional lieutenants on a course
and their battalion commander entered the women's dormitory in the
village of Grutenberg and raped them." In Berlin, many women were
simply not prepared for the shock of Russian revenge, however much
horror propaganda they had heard from Goebbels. Many reassured
themselves that, although the danger must be great out in the
countryside, mass rapes could hardly take place in the city in front of
everybody. In Dahlem, Soviet officers visited Sister Kunigunde, the
mother superior of Haus Dahlem, a maternity clinic and orphanage. The
officers and their men behaved impeccably. In fact, the officers even
warned Sister Kunigunde about the second-line troops following on
behind. Their prediction proved entirely accurate. Nuns, young girls,
old women, pregnant women and mothers who had just given birth were all
raped without pity. Yet within a couple of days, a pattern emerged of
soldiers flashing torches in the faces of women huddled in the bunkers
to choose their victims. This process of selection, as opposed to the
indiscriminate violence shown earlier, indicates a definite change. By
this stage Soviet soldiers started to treat German women more as sexual
spoils of war than as substitutes for the Wehrmacht on which to vent
their rage. Rape has often been defined by writers on the subject as an
act of violence which has little to do with sex. But that is a
definition from the victim's perspective. To understand the crime, one
needs to see things from the perpetrator's point of view, especially in
the later stages when unaggravated rape had succeeded the extreme
onslaught of January and February.
<>Many women found themselves forced to "concede" to one
soldier
in the
hope that he would protect them from others. Magda Wieland, a
24-year-old actress, was dragged from a cupboard in her apartment just
off the Kurfürstendamm. A very young soldier from central Asia
hauled her out. He was so excited at the prospect of a beautiful young
blonde that he ejaculated prematurely. By sign language, she offered
herself to him as a girlfriend if he would protect her from other
Russian soldiers, but he went off to boast to his comrades and another
soldier raped her. Ellen Goetz, a Jewish friend of Magda's, was also
raped. When other Germans tried to explain to the Russians that she was
Jewish and had been persecuted, they received the retort: "Frau ist
Frau." Women soon learned to disappear during the "hunting hours" of
the evening. Young daughters were hidden in storage lofts for days on
end. Mothers emerged into the street to fetch water only in the early
morning when Soviet soldiers were sleeping off the alcohol from the
night before. Sometimes the greatest danger came from one mother giving
away the hiding place of other girls in a desperate bid to save her own
daughter. Older Berliners still remember the screams every night. It
was impossible not to hear them because all the windows had been blown
in. Estimates of rape victims from the city's two main hospitals ranged
from 95,000 to 130,000. One doctor deduced that out of approximately
100,000 women raped in the city, some 10,000 died as a result, mostly
from suicide. The death rate was thought to have been much higher among
the 1.4 million estimated victims in East Prussia, Pomerania and
Silesia. Altogether at least two million German women are thought to
have been raped, and a substantial minority, if not a majority, appear
to have suffered multiple rape.
<>If anyone attempted to defend a woman against a Soviet
attacker
it
was
either a father trying to defend a daughter or a young son trying to
protect his mother. "The 13-year old Dieter Sahl," neighbours wrote in
a letter shortly after the event, "threw himself with flailing fists at
a Russian who was raping his mother in front of him. He did not succeed
in anything except getting himself shot." After the second
stage
of women offering themselves to one soldier to save themselves from
others, came the post-battle need to survive starvation. Susan
Brownmiller noted "the murky line that divides wartime rape from
wartime prostitution". Soon after the surrender in Berlin, Ursula von
Kardorff found all sorts of women prostituting themselves for food or
the alternative currency of cigarettes. Helke Sander, a German
film-maker who researched the subject in great detail, wrote of "the
grey area of direct force, blackmail, calculation and real affection".
The fourth stage was a strange form of cohabitation in which Red Army
officers settled in with German "occupation wives". The Soviet
authorities were appalled and enraged when a number of Red Army
officers, intent on staying with their German lovers, deserted when it
was time to return to the Motherland. Even if the feminist definition
of rape purely as an act of violence proves to be simplistic, there is
no justification for male complacency. If anything, the events of 1945
reveal how thin the veneer of civilisation can be when there is little
fear of retribution. It also suggests a much darker side to male
sexuality than we might care to admit.

Conquered Europe (San Antonio 1946).
Excerpts
The foulest atrocity occupation troops can
commit is
rape. [The Russians]
entered Danzig, March 24, 1945. A 50-year old
Danzig
teacher reports that
the following day her niece, 15, was raped seven times, her other
niece, 22,
fifteen times. A Russian officer told the women to seek safety in the
Cathedral. After they were securely in, our brothers-in-arms entered
and,
playing the organ and ringing the bells, kept up a foul orgy through
the night,
raping all the women, some more than thirty times (See Nord-Amerika,
December
6, 1945, p.1). Dr. ., a Catholic pastor of Danzig declares, "They
violated even eight-year old girls and shot boys who tried to protect
their
mothers." The Russians practice unconditional
surrender
literally: In
Vienna alone they raped 100,000 women, not once but many times,
including girls
not yet in their teens, and aged women! So reported the Most Reverend
Bernard
Griffin, British Archbishop (now Cardinal) after a more or less
official tour
to study conditions in Europe (NC Report, October 18, 1945). A Lutheran
Pastor,
in a letter of August 7, 1945, to the Bishop of Chichester, England,
describes
how a fellow pastor's "two daughters and grandchild (ten
years of
age)
suffer from gonorrhoea, result of rape." And how
"Mrs. N was
killed when she resisted an attempt to rape her," while her daughter
was
"raped and deported, allegedly to Omsk, Siberia, for indoctrination."
(See Tablet October 27, 1945). Neither
old nor young, nor nuns are spared: The day after Russians
conquered Neisse, Silesia, 182 Catholic nuns were raped. "In
the Diocese of Kattowitz sixty-six pregnant nuns were counted."
In
one
convent where the Mother Superior and assistant tried to protect the
younger
nuns with arms outstretched, they were shot down. The priest who
reported this
said he knows "several villages, where all the women, even
the aged
and
girls as young as twelve, were violated daily for weeks by the
Russians."
(See Nord-Amerika, November 1, 1945). Berlin, it was the most
awful
sight: Sylvester
C. Michelfelder, a Lutheran Pastor, just returned from Germany
describes in The
Christian Century how "Bands of irresponsible bandits in
Russian or
American uniforms pillage and rob the trains. Women and girls are
violated in
sight of everyone. They are stripped of their clothes." the pope protests
the violation of German
women: So much so that His Holiness Pope Pius X11 in a
letter to
Cardinal
Michael von Faulhaber lamented 'the base injuries and misadventures
which
German women and girls have had to suffer'" (NC Vatican City,. See
Dubuque
Witness, January 10, 1946). The Vatican Radio (Associated Press London
April
27, 1946) charged that in the Russian occupation zone of Eastern
Germany cries
of help are going up from "girls and women who are being
brutally
raped
and whose bodily and spiritual health is completely shaken……" .
The
lust, liquor and loot of our own armies: Though to compare
the
conduct of
our own armies with the bestiality of the Russians would be
sacrilegious, our
armies, too, are reported having 'a wonderful time,' debauching
conquered women.
John Dos Passos (Life January 7, 1946, p.23) quotes 'a red
faced
major'
as saying, 'Lust; liqueur and loot are the soldier's pay.' A
serviceman
writes, "Many a sane American family would recoil in horror if
they
knew how 'our boys' conduct themselves, with such complete callousness
in human
relationships over here." (Time, November 12, 1945). An army
sergeant
writes, "Our own Army and the British Army along with ours
have
done
their share of looting and raping. This offensive attitude among our
troops is
not all general, but the percentage is large enough to have given our
Army a
pretty black name, and we too are considered an army of rapists."
(Time, September 17, 1945). Re-educating the Germans with
condoms: The
implication of these letters must make the gods of hell guffaw, for it
is to be
remembered that these boys were lend leased into the war in order to
teach the
Germans Christianity and to bring them and the world the Four Freedoms
and The
American Charter! As
soon as their
government had lend-leased them into the war to bring the Germans to
Christianity it issued its 'modern crusaders' (as even Archbishop
Spellman
called them) '50,000,000 prophylactics (condoms) a month.'
(Time,
September 3, 1945), and then subjected them to shocking indoctrination
in
practices held by decent citizens to be immoral, as Bishop Michael J.
Ready
charged (NCWC News, Columbus, Ohio, October 30, 1945). Equipped with
50,000,000
immoral condoms and graphically instructed in their use, the modern
crusaders
swarmed in to teach the Germans Christianity - and to have a 'wonderful
time.' Determined
starvation policy forbade even private relief: Some of our
own
senators
have declared this starvation planned and deliberate. In fact, so
determined
are our policy makers to starve the conquered that they have callously
prohibited even private charity. "For the first time in the
history
of
Christian nations," writes Bishop Aloisius Muench of Fargo,
North
Dakota, "Powerful governments are making the exercise of
Christian
charity impossible through official regulations." (One World
in
Charity, Lent, 1946. P.1). The Christian Century reports, "The
American
provost marshal, Lieutenant Colonel Gerald F. Beane, said that rape
presents no
problem to the military police because 'a bit of food, a bar of
chocolate, or a
bar of soap seems to make rape unnecessary. Think that over if you want
to
understand the situation is in Germany." (December 5, 1945).
Dr.
Shuster says, "Except for those who can establish contact with
members
of the armed forces, Germans can get nothing from soap to shoes."
(Op.
Cit., p.83). No wonder 'young girls, unattached, wander about
and
freely
offer themselves for food or bed. Put very simply they have but one
thing left
o sell, and they sell it. As a way of dying it may be worse than
starvation,
but it will put off dying for months, maybe years." (L.J
Filewood
in
the Weekly Review, London, October 25, 1945). Now, however, after a
year of
allied occupation and starvation, Maj. Claude M. Eberhart, venereal
disease
control officer, declares: "Food shortages, as they grow
worse,
will
increase the promiscuity of girls, who will become more willing to sell
themselves for chocolate bars and the necessities of life which
soldiers can
provide." (Associated Press, Frankfurt, April 25, 1946). Said
a
hollow-eyed German soldier, finally released, "I came home and
found
my
family's house gone. American bombing. I find my girl living with an
American
officer for the food he can give her." (We are Bungling the
Job in
Germany." Readers Digest, February 1946, p.88). The
'liberators'
bring
venereal disease to Germany, not Christianity: During the
first six
months
of the American occupation, according to Dr. G. Stewart, in a health
statement
added to the Eisenhower Report, venereal disease jumped to twenty-times
its
former level in Germany. After
unconditional surrender the GI venereal disease rate began to rise from
48 per
1,000 to 128 per 1,000. (Time, September 3rd, 1945). By December,
according to Maj. Eberhart, "the average number of soldier
cases
throughout the theatre was 225 per 1,000." (Associated Press,
April
25, 1946). But the Russians bring a litany of lustful terror:
Nevertheless,
in spite of the deliberately planned or encouraged, and certainly
tolerated
debauchery of German and Austrian women by occupation troops under
American
command, the American and British occupation cannot be compared to the
shocking
beastliness of the Russian occupation. Women in the American and
British zone
are at last given the heroic choice of death by starvation to
violation. Not so
the German, Austrian and Hungarian women in the Russian zone. Not even
the nuns
are spared. Monsignor Matthew Smith, fact-minded Catholic columnist,
returning
from the recent consistory of cardinals in Rome, declared bitterly, 'hundreds
of nuns have been violated' by 'the Russian barbarians.'
(Listening
In,
March 15, 1946). The
Russians killed
girls and nuns who resisted rape. In Silesia, 'Many girls and
women
were
violated ands a great number of them lost their lives in the struggle
to defend
themselves against attacks. Among those killed were nuns and a number
of
priests who sought to shield the women and religious. The names of 42
priests
who were massacred are known.' (MC, Paris, December 10,
1945). The
Russians
violate women with our connivance: When with our help the
Russians
took
Berlin they perpetrated the worst orgy of rape in the history of
Christian
Europe. Our armies carefully waited outside so as not to interrupt this
orgy of
rape and loot! And this abuse of German women became the order of the
day. It
went on right under President Truman's eyes at the Potsdam Conference
where he
gleefully decided that, 'the German people are beginning to
atone
for the
crimes of the gangsters whom they placed in power and wholeheartedly
approved
and obediently followed.' (Department of State Bulletin,
August 12.
1945.
P.208). The Swiss paper Weltwoche (January 11, 1946) relates how when
recently
three theatre-goers, an American, a German and a Russian called on the
star
during the intermission, she said, "Excuse me, for looking so
bad,
but
I was raped twice coming here and so suffered a nervous collapse.'
And the
Swiss reporter goes on to say that it is customary in Berlin for women
to be
raped, coming and going that one hardly notices it anymore! And
President
Truman sees all that, drinks champagne with Stalin, and agrees to rob
and expel
twelve million German men, women, and children. The Austrians
too
were
liberated - and ravished: A British chaplain reports that in
one
Austrian
town he knew of 3,000 women under treatment for rape (Listening In,
op.cit). In
Vienna, supplementing Cardinal Griffin's charge that 100,000 women had
been
raped many times, John Dos Passos, three months in Europe as a
correspondent
for Life magazine reports: "The Viennese tell you of the
savagery
of
the Russian armies. They came like the ancient Mongol hordes out of the
Steppes, with the flimsiest supply." The people in the
working
class
districts had felt that when the Russians came they at least would be
spared.
But not at all. In the working class districts the troops were allowed
to rape
and murder and loot at will. When the victims complained, the Russians
answered, 'You are too well off to be workers. You are the
bourgeoisie.'
(op.cit., p.24). In Hungary few women from 10 to 70 escape: Recently
in Rome Cardinal
Mindszenty explained
that 'Bishop William Apor of Gyoer, and 53 priests were killed by the
Russians.
The bishop was killed when he tried to protect a group of women and
children
who had taken refuge in his palace.' (Tablet, March 2, 1946). Last
summer the
KAP News Services carried a report by the Swiss Legation, therefore as
reliable
a source as is possible, in which we read: 'Beside looting,
it I
especially
the raping of women which has caused the most suffering to the
Hungarian
population. These violations were so general (from the age of ten up to
seventy-years) that there are practically few women in Hungary who
could escape
from this fate. Acts of incredible brutality have bee registered and
many women
prefer to commit suicide in order to escape monstrosities. Even now,
when order
s more or less re-established, Russian soldiers will watch houses where
women
live and they will return there at night you take them away.'
(Tablet, July
28, 1945).T
The family of a Chechen
girl killed
by a Russian officer accepted
political asylum in Norway last month. Before they left, Sapiet
Dakhshukaeva talked to them about their ordeal, and their views on the
jailing of the culprit. On 26 March 2000 Russia went to the polls to
elect a president, but the
Chechen village of Tangi-Chu was under military blockade, as it had
been for more than a month. (...)
The Kungayev family lived on the very edge of the village. They had
three daughters - Elsa, Khava and Larisa - and two sons -
Khavazhi and Khassi - all of whom were all asleep when a military
vehicle rolled up to the house at 1am in the morning. (...)
There was no search. They seized Khava first, who was then only 13
years old, but let her go when they saw her elder sister, 18-year-old
Elsa. As they grabbed her by the hands and led her away, she
cried to her
younger brothers and sisters to defend her. Her father's younger
brother, Adlan, ran over from a neighbouring house
- but the officer, Budanov, showered him with obscenities and struck
him with the butt of his rifle, leaving the children in shock. In the
hallway Elsa lost consciousness. Then the visitors wrapped her
in a rug and took her away. What happened next, the whole world now
knows, from the trial that
continued on and off for more than two years in the North Caucasus
district military court, in Rostov-on-Don: Elsa was raped and
strangled.
Elsa's case is not an isolated one. Human rights organisations have
documented hundreds of disappearances since 1999 - of women as well as
men. The frequency of rape and sexual assault is unknown and
unknowable,
though rumours abound in Chechen villages. There have been few official
complaints, partly because of the risk of
reprisals, and partly because of local taboos. A woman who is known to
have been raped is unlikely to find a husband, and a married woman may
well be divorced. In court: Convicted of murder, never tried
for
rape "This, obviously, is to the advantage of the soldiers,"
says
Eliza
Musaeva, a representative of the human rights organisation, Memorial,
in the neighbouring republic of Ingushetia. "If something happened, it
is considered shameful... People try to hide
the fact because they have to somehow continue living in this
society."
Sexual assault is also notoriously unprovable, because of the lack of
witnesses - but in Elsa's case, her dead body bore clear evidence of
rape. At first Budanov was charged with it, but then another young
soldier
admitted responsibility. He was later pardoned in an amnesty. No
consolation According to a study by Memorial of 51 soldiers
convicted of crimes in
Chechnya, two found guilty of rape were given suspended
sentences. The family moved to a refugee camp in Ingushetia
after
the killing Budanov himself almost avoided jail for murder,
when
his lawyers
persuaded judges he was temporarily insane at the time of the killing.
He was only convicted after a higher court ordered a
re-trial.
When I met Elsa's mother, Rosa, in a refugee camp in the Ingush village
of Karabulak, officials of Russia's ultranationalist Liberal Democratic
Party were talking about naming Budanov as a candidate in this year's
parliamentary elections. "We are afraid that he might be put forward
for parliament," she said,
as the cheerful squeaking of chicks resting around our feet broke the
gloomy silence of the tidily kept tent. Rosa, in her grief, seemed
oblivious to the surroundings. Wiping away
tears, she said: "It makes no difference what sentence they give
Budanov, it won't give us any consolation. Our daughter will never come
home..." She was convinced that while Budanov has been
jailed,
many like him
have gone unpunished. "The most awful thing is that such people (when
they leave Chechnya)
then travel all over Russia in all directions. I have suffered, my
daughter has suffered, and tomorrow it will be someone else. No-one can
insure themselves against it."
Roman
Polanski
"Judge
the Movie, Not
the Man"
by Samantha Geimer
"I met Roman Polanski in 1977, when
I was 13 years
old. I was in ninth grade that year, when he told my mother that he
wanted to shoot pictures of me for a French magazine. That's what he
said, but instead, after shooting pictures of me at Jack Nicholson's
house on Mulholland Drive, he did something quite different. He gave me
champagne and a piece of a Quaalude. And then he took advantage of me.
It was not consensual
sex by any means. I said no, repeatedly, but he wouldn't take no for an
answer. I was alone and I didn't know what to do. It was scary and,
looking back, very creepy. Those may sound like kindergarten words, but
that's the way it feels to me."
Polanski,
44, had been commissioned by the magazine Vogue to do a photo essay
about young models in the world, and the first to pose for the camera
would be Samantha. She must have thought he had won the
lottery,
when that cute baby-faced director took her to a party full of
celebrities. The best was when Polanski suggested her to go
home
the great idol of the girl: Jack Nicholson. The excuse was
that
in this house would have better natural light to finish the
job. Polanski
was charged with six
counts: providing drugs to a minor, committing a lewd or indecent act
with her, rape by use of drugs, conducting illegal sex, perversion and
sodomy. In total penalty could reach fifty years in prison,
all
he could say in his defense is that the girl had told him that I had
experience with sex and drugs since I was eight.
Predators rarely accept
blame for their
actions. On those infrequent occasions when I have seen predator that I
am prosecuting take responsibility for his crime, it was because he
believed doing so would work fro his benefit. This usually happens at
sentencing hearing, when the predator is trying to convince the court
to impose a light sentence. Otherwise, the actions of predators are the
fault of other people or of outside influence that are beyond their
control. Blaming the victim is commonplace. Sexual predators will often
speak of “promiscuous children”. They may also blame the victims’
parents, claiming that “if the parents had taken better care of their
children, I would never have had access to them.” (

Medicine: The Appalling Saga of Patient Zero
By William A. Henry III
Since the early
days of the AIDS
epidemic, researchers have reasoned that a handful of people -- maybe
even a single individual -- bore the unknowing responsibility for
having introduced the disease to North America and its first large
group of victims, the homosexual community. By tracing sexual contacts,
officials at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta in 1982 found a
likely candidate: one man who, through his sexual liaisons and those of
his bedmates, could be linked to nine of the first 19 cases in Los
Angeles, 22 cases in New York City and nine more in eight other cities
-- in all, some 40 of the first 248 cases in the U.S. The CDC
acknowledged his role with an eerie sobriquet: it called him Patient
Zero.
Now Patient Zero is publicly identified for the first time in a
stunning new book on the AIDS epidemic, And the Band Played On (St.
Martin's Press; 630 pages; $24.95). Zero, says Author Randy Shilts, was
Gaetan Dugas, a handsome blond steward for Air Canada, who used to
survey the men on offer in gay bars and announce with satisfaction,
"I'm the prettiest one." Using airline passes, he traveled extensively
and picked up men wherever he went. Dugas developed Kaposi's sarcoma, a
form of skin cancer common to AIDS victims, in June 1980, before the
epidemic had been perceived by physicians. Told later he was endangering
anyone he
slept with, Dugas unrepentantly carried on -- by his estimate, with 250
partners a year -- until his death in March 1984, adding countless
direct and indirect victims. At least one man indignantly
hunted him down. Dugas' charm proved unfailing: he sweet-talked the man
into having sex again.
The possibility that
homosexual men with
the acquired immune deficiency
syndrome (AIDS) had been sexual partners of each other was studied. Of
the first 19 homosexual male AIDS patients reported from southern
California, names of sexual partners were obtained for 13. Nine of the
13 patients had sexual contact with one or more AIDS patients within
five years of the onset of symptoms. Four of the patients from southern
California had contact with a non-Californian AIDS patient, who was
also the sexual partner of four AIDS patients from New York City.
Ultimately, 40 patients in 10 cities were linked by sexual contact.”
“On the basis of six pairs of patients, a mean latency period of 10.5
months (range seven to 14 months) is estimated between sexual contact
and symptom onset. The finding of a cluster of AIDS patients linked by
sexual contact is consistent with the hypothesis that AIDS is caused by
an infectious agent. (

EXCLUSIVE: THE FATHER OF DUPED JANETTE SPEAKS OUT
by Michael Greenwood
The
holiday island romeo who knowingly infected his English girlfriend with
HIV has found a wife - from Manchester. Fisherman Pavlos Georgiou, who
once boasted that he had slept with 1,000 women, was jailed in 1997
after passing on the deadly virus to Janette Pink whom he met at a bar
in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. But now he has tied the knot with Aliki
Anastasiou who helps him run the Jolly Roger, a pirate-themed boat
which takes hundreds of holidaymakers on cruises around the
Mediterranean island.
One
of the first ever trials held for deliberate transmission, Gergiou was
a Cypriot fisherman who infected his British lover, Janette Pink,
during a holiday romance. After several years of trying, Ms Pink
eventually managed to persuade the Cypriot courts to bring him to trial
in 1997, and he was subsequently sentenced to 15 months in prison. When
Georgiou was convicted on Tuesday after a trial which spread over three
months, he said: "I'm going to die soon. What is going to scare me any
more? Even death does not scare me." But yesterday he looked stunned as
the verdict was read out. Judge Liatsos said: "He is tragically
condemned and it would be expected he would have tried to avoid putting
others in the same condition ... without telling her, he was
ejaculating death in her for months." (Aids

Infected 450 Thai Woman
With Aids
AIDS man went on Thai sex spree
A German national is believed to have deliberately infected
more
than 450 young women with the HIV/AIDS. Hans-Otto Schiemann, 56, who
has lived in Thailand for nine years, said he went on a sexual rampage
after testing positive to HIV/AIDS in 2001. He would cruise in his car,
looking for groups of young people after school and offering them the
equivalent of their parents' monthly wages to have unprotected sex.
They generally agreed. His core prey consisted of young girls, 15 and
older. "They sell their children here," he said. "The only reason I'm
in jail is because I had sex with a policeman's daughter." Schiemann,
who was living off a German disability pension, had also offered loans
to poor people in return for use of their daughters. The Public Health
Ministry wants Chaiyaphum's young women tested for HIV, regardless of
whether they have had sex with Schiemann. Local hospital staff had
posted more than 2000 warnings about the German, urging girls to have
blood tests. In response to the appeal, 66 girls had tested positive
out of a town of 30,000 people. "We don't know how many people he has
infected, but it's somewhere in the vicinity of 400 to 500," a health
official said. Schiemann's common-law wife, Noi, is dying from AIDS and
has allegedly suffered several violent attacks by Schiemann.

sparks Thai HIV scare
Residents believe Mr Schiemann, whose Thai wife has Aids, has been
waging a campaign of vengeance against Thai women whom he blames for
infecting him. "Thai women are bad. Thai women are witches and they're
monkeys," he told reporters outside the provincial court in Chaiyaphum
on Monday. "I'm a playboy. I'm a rich man. Everybody likes a rich man,"
he said.
Kunla
Satri is a Thai word
used to call a girl who behaves well and has a pleasant manner in the
Thai style. According to its definition a Kunla Satri needs to be
polite in every situation. Thais have a very strict custom that a woman
must keep her virginity until the day she gets married and she must be
faithful and respect her husband and will never have other man in her
life while she is married. Most Thai women are still conservative,
which is contrary to the image of Thai women, which many foreign
visitors to Thailand may have - the image of easy virtue. In fact, only
some girls are forced to become prostitutes for economic reasons and
the Thai government is earnestly trying to solve this
problem. (Thailand

A Jacksonville physician caught traveling to meet a 15-year-old girl
for sex told police his explicit online chats with teenage girls
revealed their stupidity and America’s immorality. Irfan Nawaz, 32,
said he chatted with who he thought were eight to 10 teenage girls and
laughed to himself about how stupid and promiscuous they were,
according to his 2008 confession played in court Friday. The admissions
drew the ire of the judge and an angry rebuke. Some of the “girls” were
undercover detectives, and Nawaz was arrested in April in St. Cloud,
where he had gone to meet a detective posing as a 15-year-old. “The
only thing that I was thinking was I was laughing at how stupid girls
are in this country, and I thanked God I did not marry someone from
this country,” Nawaz, a native of Pakistan, says on one recording. He
told Circuit Judge John Merrett on Friday he was sorry but said those
things because they were true. Merrett sentenced Nawaz to 20 years in
prison for soliciting a child via computer and traveling to meet a
minor to engage in sexual acts, the maximum time under state sentencing
guidelines. Prosecutors had only asked for 15 years. “Irfan Nawaz, you
are a degenerate. You are a hypocrite, and you are a bigot,” Merrett
told the defendant. “You invited behavior from young women to confirm
your disgust for our country. On behalf of my countrywomen, I join you
in thanking God that you didn’t marry anyone from this country.”
Prosecutors said some of the chats occurred on computers at St. Luke’s
Hospital and the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, where Nawaz was a
board-certified internal medicine doctor. His wife from an arranged
Pakistani marriage was eight months pregnant at the time. Assistant
Attorney General Thereasa Hunnewell said investigators from Duval,
Osceola and Polk counties, as well as the Florida attorney general’s Child
Predator CyberCrime Unit and National
Center for Missing and
Exploited Children,
were on
his trail at the time of his arrest. She said the state has no evidence
he ever had sex with any of his victims. Still, Hunnewell called him a
pedophile who would explain to the girls how to disengage their
computers’ archives so their chats would remain secret. Then he would
immediately begin explicit sexual conversations, sometimes talking the
girls through masturbation. “He
was
particularly interested in girls that were virgins. He wanted to take
away their virginity,” Hunnewell said. The doctor’s
lawyer,
Michael Walsh, told the judge Nawaz was abused as a child by a family
member in a culture where such events typically go un-reported. Nawaz
dabbed his eyes with a tissue during the hour-long hearing and
repeatedly told Merrett he was sorry. “I am humbled. I have lost
everything, but that is punishment for my crime. I accept that,” he
said. He was arrested after Osceola County detectives, posing as the
15-year-old, used a chat room to meet the doctor, conversed for several
hours online over two days and arranged a meeting in St. Cloud. Nawaz
sent pictures of himself to the detectives, which Hunnewell said were
used to confirm he was the same person that detectives from her office
and Duval and Polk counties were investigating.
Child sexual abuse is a form of child abuse in which an adult or older
adolescent abuses a child for sexual stimulation. Forms of child sexual
abuse include asking or pressuring a child to engage in sexual
activities (regardless of the outcome), indecent exposure of the
genitals to a child, displaying pornography to a child, actual sexual
contact against a child, physical contact with the child's genitals,
viewing of the child's genitalia without physical contact, or using a
child to produce child pornography. The effects of child sexual abuse
include depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, propensity
to re-victimization in adulthood, and physical injury to the child,
among other problems. Sexual abuse by a family member is a form of
incest, and can result in more serious and long-term psychological
trauma, especially in the case of parental incest. (

Sexually
transmitted infections
(STIs) mostly go unnoticed before it is too late and the consequences
of
sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) become incurable. Asking questions
“Do you have AIDS, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, herpes, trichomonas,
candida, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, CMV infection, genital warts
(including these types that cause cervical cancer), and the
like?”
makes no sense since infected people simply have no idea what they
carry and transmit to others.
What about your direct sexual contacts?
Are they lucky too?

You tested positive
